Terms & Conditions

1. Services Offered

We provide mobile automotive maintenance and repair services including, but not limited to, oil changes, brake services, fluid exchanges, filter replacements, and fleet maintenance. Service availability may vary based on location, weather, and vehicle condition.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via text. Confirmation will be provided.
• Arrival Window: We aim to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. Delays may occur.
• Cancellations: 24 hours' notice is required. Late cancellations may be charged a $25 fee.
• No-Shows: If we cannot access the vehicle or reach you, a $40 no-show fee may apply.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of service unless agreed otherwise. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and cash. Estimates are provided prior to service. Additional work will only proceed with your approval.

4. Warranty

We offer a 90-day labor warranty. Part warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, unrelated mechanical failures, or damages due to unsafe service environments. We are fully insured and operate with care and professionalism.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle is parked on a level, accessible surface.
• Remove any personal items from work areas.
• Be available or provide access during your service window.

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns, inaccessible vehicles, or violation of payment terms.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal and vehicle information is only used to deliver our services and will never be sold or shared without consent.

9. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
